Beyoncé and Jay-Z in NY, Emeli Sandé at the MOBO Awards

New York's power couple, Jay-Z and Beyoncé, cuddled up in Brooklyn at the newly minted Barclays arena to watch the Brooklyn Nets over the weekend. Both dressed in patterns, they were adorable and we're sure Mama Tina was having a ball babysitting grandaughter Blue Ivy at home. Across the pond singer-songwriter Emeli Sandé won three trophies at the Mobo Awards in Liverpool, reports BBC, including best album, best female and best R&B/Soul act for her 2011 debut album Our Version of Events. Emeli spoke with Parlour in Tobago earlier this year during the island's Jazz Festival and she deserves all of her praise. JLS, the favorite boy band of Miss London, won best video for "Do You Feel What I Feel?" — is that like the Christmas song "Do You Hear What I Hear?" — and Tinie Tempah won best single for his contribution to Labrinth's "Earthquake."
